For the eyes i suggest some eyeshadow..maybe orange to make them stand out,some eyeliner and mascara..try experimenting with brown %26amp; black..see which one suits you best. Concealer is a must-for all those annoying spots/under eye bags. Some clear lipgloss with a hint of colour would also do. A little pink blush here and there would look nice. Dont go too harsh on make up,try to keep at as natural as possible,for the shadows i suggest you stick to nude tones,%26amp; light pastel colours.
brown eyeliners look great with blue eyes . deffinately like brown somokey eyes and black mascara . it looks absolutely gorgeous . people may say blue but dont . alot of people do it but it looks kinda plain and it doesn tmake your eyes pop .
very little make-up. Your skin is probably light in color...and blue eyes look horrible with too much shadow. Try to find naked colors, and use some light pink blush and lip gloss. Also, use some brown mascara, not black.
