I'am wearing a light yellow dress and I don't know what color of makeup and what color of shoes should i wear?

I'm going to the tanning bed for prom so the dress is going to pop out and i want my make up to do the same. And i'm not really sure on what color shoes i want to wear. I'm tired of the same silver shoes, i want something hot. I would wear red or purple heels like Reese Witherspoon did to the Golden Globes.

i would try black patent leather peep toe pumps. have your face match your shoes - try heavy, dramatic black eyeliner with a cat eye. a neutral shimmery eyeshadow, light blush, and red lips would really pop.
