If you're wearing a very light colored outfit, is it better to wear dark or light makeup?

I would wear darker eyeshadow n light lips...


The reason i said dark eyeshadow was so you dont look completely washed out with your already light coloured clothes

I'd lean towards light but it depends on your complexion, too.
It depends on your skin tone and color more than the outfit you are wearing. Also, the time of day is important.
