Eyeshadows and liners - go ';opposites'; of your eye color - if your eyes are brown, go with greens and blues for eye shadows. Eye-liners you can do a variety - brown/blonde hair do brown or blue. For red hair go with blue, black, or dark grey. Blush and lipsticks depend on your age. For younger/teenage - you can do pinks and corals, especially w/ fair skin - think ';peaches n cream.'; For older, you can still do corals, but go slightly more muted, and avoid the light pinks. Bronzer is also a great thing - and they make it for all different skin types - it will add a little luster to the skin, and a little color. I recommend the bronzer for 30-somethings and up though - teenage and 20-somethings should be more about color and vibrancy, older than that should go for sophisticated and elegant. What are the best makeup for shades for light skin/brown eyes?
Everything goes well with brown eyes! Actually a blue shadow is way nicer on brown than on blue eyes. But you shouldn't go for something too dark given your pale skin.
Pale and warm brown or gold would be my advice :)
