My daughter is a makeup artist and she has to wear a white jacket for work. As you can imagine she gets makeup stains all the time.
She washes her jackets by using ';Spray and Wash';: to treat the stains first, (let it sit for about 30 mins) then together with soap powder add ';Oxyclean'; to the water, works like a charm.

Try a little makeup remover or some normal soap.
I use soap to remove foundation from sponges and once from my carpet, it works better than anything else I've tried.

well i'd spray with simple green on inside of fabric and back it out if rud on stain you push it into! turn shirt inside out? spray around as well about 2' around!
Spray with Preen a few minutes before washing and then wash as usual.
Tide to go helps alot just rub lots on
