I have met people who have had a procedure that tattooed over Rosecea, not sure what it's called, but it was done at a classy hair salon that also does permanent makeup, the same place where my mom got her eyebrows tattooed. You can also look on the web at Plastic Surgeon websites, they may also do that procedure.Can I use permanent makeup that matches my pigment to darken light birthmarks?
