What makeup would look best for a blonde/lightbrown hair light blue eyes and fair skin?

i want really cute and rocker like makeup not tooo overdone but really cute and rocker typeWhat makeup would look best for a blonde/lightbrown hair light blue eyes and fair skin?
Well i would stay away from harsh eyeliners. However eyeliner is the key to rocker.


I would suggest you line the top and bottom lids really thin with a black, or navy blue eyeliner.


Bright pinks and bright blue shadows are always good with eyeliner to keep it looking cute but rocker. The NYX trio in: Cherry, Cool Blue, Light pink. they would look great with a black mascara and eyeliner, and are only $5.50 each and are quality.
