Dark or light makeup? which color?

i have deep blue eyes, light tan skin, and smallish lips.Dark or light makeup? which color?
around yous eyes go a little bit dark and your lips to a ice pink and on whole face do a tune that fits you skin the bestDark or light makeup? which color?
Dont go too dark, dark makeup especially darker browns recede the eyes into your head.
Dark make-up for dark times (night) and Light make-up for light times (day)
it really depends on your skin tone but since your skin tone is tan like me then I suggest you use light makeup.
of course LIGHT! dark is just for ';barbies';.. cause light skin always was and still is an improvement of gentility.

Good luck :)
We kinda have the same features. I use brown ALL the time!! Don't use alot of pink, I've learned the hard way. Blue and Green are good but not to dark. NO BLACK!! Makes you look like a racoon!!
Light makeup always looks better.... if you have light tan skin try to get makeup that matches your skin so you do not look fake!
dark eyes and light lips the dark eill bring out your eyes

and the light will make your lips seem

fuller
pink
I would go light for everyday color and dark when you really want to stand out.
You can probably wear both within a certain range, depending on whether it is a day or night occasion. Many different shades of brown look great with blue eyes. During the day you could wear a light bronze or taupe on your eyes with bronze or brown eyeliner and black mascara and some ';better than natural'; lipstick such as Revlon's Deep Nude (my fave). Or you could skip the eyeliner or just wear it underneath for a bright-eyed effect. At night, you could spice up your look with a deeper berry-colored lipstick, shimmery brown, peach, or icicle-like pastel eyeshadow, liquid eyeliner (check out Prestige, available at walgreens-the bronze or blue both look good with blue eyes), and more mascara than what you'd wear during the day. I would skip blush in lieu of some bronzer. Apply it at the top of your cheekbones to bring them out with a shimmery, flattering effect. Also, since your lips are small, don't go too dark with the lipstick; it will only make your lips look smaller. A shiny gloss would look great on top of some lipstick that has a little shimmer, such as Deep Nude by Revlon which I mentioned previously.
