This is caused by oil production in your face. Either that or the makeup your using is crappy. Don't be afraid to spend a lot of money on nice makeup: It's totally worth it and it will last you a long time! For a foundation, I use clinique liquid foundation. It lasts a long time and it doesn't clog my pores.





To stop oil build up, i sometimes buy some of that oil absorbing paper. I believe that both nutregena and clean %26amp; clear make it. When your face starts looking or feeling oily, you can just pull a sheet out and dab your face a little to get rid of some of the oil that can melt your makeup off. And don't forget to wash your face!
