I have med. long brown hair, hazel eyes and a light skin tone. When I was 13 I def. didn't need a foundation. If you have acne you want to hide I could understand that, if not don't wear any at all...fresh faces are always pretty. Tinted lotions are nice because they keep your real skin shown with a bit of color. I would stick to light makeup colors as well. Less is more :) With your hair and eye color, you could pull off any color in my opinion. Wal-mart's Bonne-Bell, Mary Kate and Ashley, E.L.F, NYC and Wet N Wild have the makeup colors meant for your age. Have fun and choose what you like.
You should go to seveenteen.com under beauty go to salon. There you can use a picture of yourself and apply some makeup that way you know how you want to wear makeup. First you should check with your mom...tell her like '; Mom i want to wear some makeup'; that way its cool between you and your parents

I wouldnt go for anything dramatic as your still at a young age, but i recommend you wear-





*Base (which is foundation, concealer[to cover any spots, or dark-eye circles])


*Blusher


Eye-liner (any colour of your choice!, perhaps light-green ?)


*mascara


*lipgloss

your pretty young so you dont need to go all out ..... buy a brown liquid eye liner by almay and a brown mascarra and a light purple eye shadow... if you have an uneven skin tone and you think you need cover up just buy lorel true natural power only! and select your skin type. make sure its NOT any darker then your skin tone if anything make sure its a shade lighter
Very nude lipgloss and heavy eyes r stunning for you.
I think a little mascara and a light lip gloss may be all you need. If you need blush, apply with a light hand.





Search on the net, and go to cosmetic counters to try colors on your hand.
Well make-up isnt really nessacry just saying because im 15 still dont wear any makeup. but the thing is i dont get pimples or acne. And ppl who do have bad skin.





But just wear oil free make-up then itll all be good.


You should wear


-mascara not too much though


-eyeliner sometimes if you feel like u want to but a little bit only


-blush to add a little color


-lip gloss.


-a skin type color eyeshadow.


remeber you want things to look natural and blend


you dont want to cake it all up inthere. remeber its only school.
