I have never gone to one before and have no idea what effects the lighting will have on my eye shadows/liners.. I was thinking black liner with either a few shades of green or red around that but I don't want it to end up glowingI need makeup advice for a black light party?
black will do just fine and try coloured pencil eyeliner for the edges that wont glow
