no foundation, MAYBE a peach blusher, just eye makeup, not heavy like emo or scene ppl but nice mascara and eye liner. simple lip gloss or just vaseline!

use a concealer on the red blemishes or under the eyes, a mineral foundation powder, light blush on cheeks, juicy tubes on lips, quick application of eye shadow, don't know your eye colour so can't suggest, but browns and golds, corals nice@apply same colour under the eyelid instead of eyeliner for a softer look with an eye liner thin brush, and mascara if you want but don't think you need it really. If you don't have so much time you can buy a blusher that doubles up as eyeshadow. Mac Strada is a lovely blush and so natural and is nice on eyes also. I did that today and looked lovely and nicer and fresher than foundation, use a tinted moisturiser if want more coverage or to see you into the evening and most have spf15 so protect skin also. Light makeup is very interesting and looking beutiful
try dusting the powder with brush not foam and use a little mascara and bronzer on cheek work for me
