You should probably stay away from blue eyeshadow. Very few people can pull that off.
So i think that you should probably stick to natural colors. For your eyes, you should wear like a brown. It can be dark brown or light. Blue eyes look great with browns, bronzes, greens, and tans. I think black would also look good. Then you should put on a thin line of eyeliner. Then some mascara.
Sometimes you just want to get out of the same makeup routine...You can wear like a purple eyeshadow with a thick, dark line of eyeliner.
You can go with cool colors like shades of pink for lipstick, blush, pastel shades for eye shadows and a very light neutral foundation.
For your lips you should put on a really light pink. Then put on lip gloss over. (Make it shiny or glittery.) You can also use some neutral colors to. Like a light brownish color.
Also if your cheeks are kinda red, you can use cover up.
I have found that the best brand of make up to use is Max-X-Factor
you are young %26amp; have good skin you shouldn't need foundation, just some mineral loose powder to set your makeup. Wear brown/black mascara.
Good luck and always remember 3 things no matter how young you are: moisturize, moisturize, moisturize. and oh always keep you face out of the sun-use sun block even if you want some color on the rest of your body
I hope I helped you out. What makeup should a 14 yr old VERY fair skinned, natural light blonde, blue eyed girl wear?
don't start wearing mascara at 14, you'll burn your gorgeous lashes, and then you'll regret it. i would recommend something light, maybe some lipgloss if you need some color just pinch your cheeks. at 14 your still growing so don't clog that beautiful skin or anything. start with lipgloss. you don't need to be wearing makeup that young. and boys like it when you wear less makeup anywayWhat makeup should a 14 yr old VERY fair skinned, natural light blonde, blue eyed girl wear?
For liquid Makeup: Almay True Blends In Fair
Powder: Maybelline Mineral Power pressed powder in Fair/light
As for Eye makeup Almay makes a bring out the blue collection that will make your eyes pop.
Black liner will appear vary harsh on you soo stick to browns if you even want to wear eyeliner.
:) These work for me and im blonde and blue eyed.
keep it natural.
light brown eyeliner,, just a little bit though..
black/brown mascara.
veryyy natural light brown eyshadow,, maybe with a little shimmer.
and just a lil bit of a light brown shimmery something on your cheek bones and underneath your eyes (:
hope that helps! (:
Haha, you pretty much described me :D
Light pink shades of lipgloss,
Creme eyeshadow shades,
And some of that eyelights mascara by covergirl.
It bring out my eyes and it doesnt clump.
Ohh, but dont do eyeliner, it covers up your eyes.
K bye.
A 14-year-old is too young to have makeup. What for? To attract other little 14 year old boys? That's what's wrong with this world. And you wonder why so many kids are molested or having sex these days.

I have really light skin, and I have mineral makeup. How do I apply the makeup without my face looking orange?
dont know just dont blot itI have really light skin, and I have mineral makeup. How do I apply the makeup without my face looking orange?
If your face looks orangey than the color must be wrong for you. Mineral makeup is usually milled more than regular makeup, so a little goes a long way. Plus, since it is milled more, you want to press it into you skin rather than dusting it across your face. And the same goes for the eye shadows and blushes. I'm sure the person who sold it to you must have given you the wrong shade or didn't know what they were doing.I have really light skin, and I have mineral makeup. How do I apply the makeup without my face looking orange?
If you have fair skin and using mineral powder you are using he wrong shade for your skin. My make up line carries 15 shades of mineral foundation and it matches to perfection. It is broken down by neutral, warm or cool.
I could recommend you the 1cool or 3neutral of Arbonne's Mineral Powder Foundation you will love it. To apply is simple, you simply buff with the perfect shape for coverage brush.
If you will like to know more and how can you try with a 45 days guarantee let me know.

I have dark brown hair, dark brown eyes and fairly light skin. What colors would look best makeup/clothes?
if you like bright make-up, try gold shades (eyeshadow), these will look great with your brown hair and eyes. Stay clear of pinks if you are very pale. Also try a light foundation that matches your skin tone. If you want to look a little darker try bronzing powder rather than fake tan for your face.
In clothes, try bold but dark colours such as purples, deep blues and greens - these will compliment your skin tone. Don't go near pastels or neons though (except as accessories) as these will make you look even paler.I have dark brown hair, dark brown eyes and fairly light skin. What colors would look best makeup/clothes?
You're a winter person. This means you should wear winter colors like blue, purple, white, and grey. They would be very flattering on you.

Makeup tips for light skin, red hair, and green eyes?
I need some tips for the colors I should use for makeup (eyes and lips). I have very fair/light skin with some freckles. My eyes are green. And my hair is dyed dark red on the top then underneath a dark brown (but you can't really see the dark brown underneath, its mostly dark red) I don't have huge lips, but they're not skinny... just in the middle. I like the ';punk'; look. I usually wear a lot of eyeliner and mascara. Also, im fourteen, if that helps.Makeup tips for light skin, red hair, and green eyes?
oooo fun one!!!
okay with red hair you dnt want to pile on all the eyeliner.. we can get that punk look just in a different way... okay so i say do a gold shimer that is light from your lid to underneath ur eyebrow just so you can have a glow. Now take an angled brush to do ur eyeliner instead of a pencil, it wond look as harsh... take a purple eyeshadown and add this where ur eyelashes and lid meet.
Now, for ur lid use a dark bronze do this on ur lid. add some dark brown on ur corners and smudge them in!!! theres ur top
okay the bottom...
take the purple again and use the same brush but on the botton of ur eyelashes. dnt use a pencil because with ur red hair it is to harsh and it will make you look...well... not good
then use a black mascara for the puck look and what i do for an extra punch is i use the glitter wand thing from two faced to add someglitter to the top linerMakeup tips for light skin, red hair, and green eyes?
Golden eyeliner with light mascara on the top AND bottom. With a melon colored lip stain.
not too much brown, it looks harsh, but judging on your features you can definitely play with a lot of colors. Have fun!
green eyeshadow is always pretty or brown.....and but on like less mascara and put eyeliner on the top
try not to wear alot of dark makeup since your skin is so fair.

Eye makeup for light blue eyes?
My eyes are a light blue/gray tone, and I'm just curious as to what color eyeshadow would suit them best? Also, I'm not sure how to do my eyeliner... I know there's the liquid eyeliner; is that for both the top lid and below your eye, or should it only be used below? I'm usually wearing a warm brown tone of eyeshadow, and use black sephora eyeliner along my bottom lashes. Any suggestions on how to improve? I don't really want it to look overdone either :PEye makeup for light blue eyes?
a quad of blues would look great on your eyes, i use liquid eyeliner on top and bottom and i think it's best. it stays in place all day and you can make perfect lines with it. and try experimenting on you eyeliners and eye shadows. Try out blues and purples. Eye makeup for light blue eyes?
you should use liquid liner on the top, but some people use it on the bottom. personally this can make it look OTT but it is your choice
lavender, lilac and deep purples are good
you could try a dark navy blue too as this could look stunning and is contrasting but not too much
silver and gold are good depending on what you are wearing
i wouldn't try brown or deep red....it might look weird
also, grey, fuschia,
try using two colours by starting with say navy on the inside edge of your eye and then slowly blending out to gold?!
hope this helps

how about black eyeshadow or silver eyeshadow my sister has light blue eyes and sometimes i do her makeup still and i either put black eyemakeup to bring out the blue or silver to hy away with the blue i have blue green eyes and a little gray but my little sis just has blue eys that are light and for me and her i use black eyeliner and blue eyeshadow or black eyeliner and thats all it totally brings it out use the dark to bring out the light if u have darker eyes then use lighter colors
so are mine. just where a light white or silver base and top it off with some dark blue closest to the eye. then add a tiny tiny bit of mascara, not a whole lot to aviod the clown look. don't overdo it and try to make it seem natuaral. roll out your mascara brush before you use it so you wont have any lumps
I have light blue eyes and i wear black mascara with eye shadow and eye liner. 4 my eyeshadow, i mix a soft brown and an earthy brown. 4 eye liner i use a solid eye liner. it is a darker brown than my eye shadows and i put it on on the top and bottom. i hope this helps!!!
silver eyeshadow and black eyeliner.

Heavy or light makeup?
which do people prefer?
and for any occasion, like a party or natural, or whatever:)Heavy or light makeup?
Hi there,
Well in my opinion I prefer light make up. When people have heavy make up it looks far too much and like they have just caked it on which seriously looks ridiculous, not to be offencive. So just go lightly when wearing make up and you will look great. Also, some girls use far too much foundation. You only need a bit. If you just use a little bit then you will realise that it looks much better than when you wear a lot of foundation. Another tip, is light eye shadow looks better too. It's ok to do a high light but if your going for a real dramatic look then don't. A matte colour on your lid or a smokey look on the lid is ok. But try not to go onto the brow bone.
Hope this answers your question.

collinsonnatalie@yahoo.comHeavy or light makeup?
i really think its about knowing how to balance your look.
i myself love heavy makeup at night , smoky eyes and so on but i always make sure i wear small earrings, no necklaces and usually one bracelet...and heavy should always be in the eyes only, not all over the face!
whenever i feel like light makeup, i like wearing bigger earrings or any other acessory that makes me look like a bit more well dressed....
i myself would say light or heavy is up to the mood you are in at the moment, theres really no rule or anything, if you feel like heavy go for it otherwise light will work just as fine!
YouTube is a great source for makeup videos do a search if u have some time !
good luck !
less is more.
if you wear light makeup, nobody can say anything.
but if you wear it heavy, people can say ';i bet she's ugly under all that.';
sometimes heavy can look really fake and cakey.
plus, i know guys would rather you not wear much makeup at all.
it just gets smudged and everything. and if people are close, you can smell it. its just bad. a little eyeliner, mascara, cover-up and lip gloss goes a long way. don't hide your beauty, enhance it.
well for a regular day, it would be niceto have a natural not so much makeup look
and for a party, maybe a little on the heavier side.
but anything would work, a little blush, mascara, eyeliner, and an eyeshadow u feel like wearing that day! :)
I don't like the overly made up look I think it just ends up making a woman look like a drag queen. I think if you have the skin to go natural then your really lucky lol. I like the ''natural but polished'' look.
I prefer light for a natural, everyday look. Heavy make up is too dark for the day, i'd only wear it to a party or somewhere like that.
I like light better. :) That's what I prefer. When people put their make up too heavy, it hides their natural beauty.
For a party or natural I go with light makeup.
But Heavy Makeup is when you wanna get dramatic..or something like that.
Light
The only place you can go heavy is eyes. on skin, it looks like crap.
Light. When you go to dark, you look kinda goth, and like some one has maybe punched you or something.
Heavy baby
well for starters the idea is to look like your not wearing any..
that should answer your question

go with lighthair brush

Dark or light makeup? which color?
i have deep blue eyes, light tan skin, and smallish lips.Dark or light makeup? which color?
around yous eyes go a little bit dark and your lips to a ice pink and on whole face do a tune that fits you skin the bestDark or light makeup? which color?
Dont go too dark, dark makeup especially darker browns recede the eyes into your head.
Dark make-up for dark times (night) and Light make-up for light times (day)
it really depends on your skin tone but since your skin tone is tan like me then I suggest you use light makeup.
of course LIGHT! dark is just for ';barbies';.. cause light skin always was and still is an improvement of gentility.
Good luck :)
We kinda have the same features. I use brown ALL the time!! Don't use alot of pink, I've learned the hard way. Blue and Green are good but not to dark. NO BLACK!! Makes you look like a racoon!!
Light makeup always looks better.... if you have light tan skin try to get makeup that matches your skin so you do not look fake!
dark eyes and light lips the dark eill bring out your eyes
and the light will make your lips seem
fuller
pink
I would go light for everyday color and dark when you really want to stand out.
You can probably wear both within a certain range, depending on whether it is a day or night occasion. Many different shades of brown look great with blue eyes. During the day you could wear a light bronze or taupe on your eyes with bronze or brown eyeliner and black mascara and some ';better than natural'; lipstick such as Revlon's Deep Nude (my fave). Or you could skip the eyeliner or just wear it underneath for a bright-eyed effect. At night, you could spice up your look with a deeper berry-colored lipstick, shimmery brown, peach, or icicle-like pastel eyeshadow, liquid eyeliner (check out Prestige, available at walgreens-the bronze or blue both look good with blue eyes), and more mascara than what you'd wear during the day. I would skip blush in lieu of some bronzer. Apply it at the top of your cheekbones to bring them out with a shimmery, flattering effect. Also, since your lips are small, don't go too dark with the lipstick; it will only make your lips look smaller. A shiny gloss would look great on top of some lipstick that has a little shimmer, such as Deep Nude by Revlon which I mentioned previously.

Whats the best eye makeup for a skin tone that is olive/tan with light green eyes and light brown hair?
can you tell me what makeup color would make my green eyes pop?Whats the best eye makeup for a skin tone that is olive/tan with light green eyes and light brown hair?
To make your eyes stand out you need a contrast color and the best way to find this out is to get a diagram of a color wheel...try this one below:
http://www.pagethinker.com/images/color-鈥?/a>
Find the color that is your eyes (green) and look at what color is opposite it on the wheel (purple) this is your contrast color and will make the green stand out the most.Whats the best eye makeup for a skin tone that is olive/tan with light green eyes and light brown hair?
I have green-hazel-gray eyes and I personally love Urban Decay's ';Toasted'; eyeshadow. I cover my lid up to the crease and then rim my bottom eyelid with it. After adding one coat of black mascara, my eyes really pop. Purple wold also be a good color for you. Nothing to dark or to light, but a strong royal purple.
Go for a really dark, dramatic smokey look of purple for special occasions. Add brown/bronze shades of eyeliner to outline the purple.

BROWN BROWN BROWN
the shade of brown can vary from the greeness of your eyes.
If you really need help go to a department store and they will help you find something good for you.
have fun:)
green %26amp; brown go well together and give a good contrast, so you could try dark or tan shades.
you could also maybe try a bit of pink if you'd like to add some color.
light browns, darkish greens, black or white or purple maybe even a light blue
jeez you are lucky!
umm i think you should just wear black eyeliner and mascara with a smoky eye effect :)
blue, grey, black, purple - any of those colors.

Makeup question, I got a ';too light'; foundation. If i get a powder one shad darker what will that do?
The foundation i got ended up being a touch lighter than I thought if i get a shade darker foundation what will that do as far as the look.
Oh and how long should i wait for the foundation (cream) to dry before applying the powder? Will my brush be ruined or will the cream foundation dry and then i can just brush off the crud? (if there's any) I'm new to makeup!Makeup question, I got a ';too light'; foundation. If i get a powder one shad darker what will that do?
Just get a darker foundation, and mix the two together until you find your perfect shade. Use the same type of foundation, though. Not a darker powder on top of a lighter foundation. You know, you can return it, too. If you have the receipt or the packaging, you should be fine. Just explain that it's too light for your skin.
And you don't need to wait for foundation to dry to apply powder. However, you should be using the powder just to 'set' the makeup. It should be colorless (translucent) and have no coverage built into it. This will look too cakey. Your brush will not be ruined for doing its job. If you get makeup on it, just wash it with soap and warm water. Then, let dry. Makeup question, I got a ';too light'; foundation. If i get a powder one shad darker what will that do?
You should go see a professional and let them color match you. Lancome does this everyday, no appointment needed. The plus is they will give you a 10 day supply of your foundation. Take the incorrect color, wear the new one and buy it if you love it. Secondly, you should use a sponge for cream foundation or a brush and a puff or face brush to apply a powder. Never use the same brush for these. It's like oil and water honey, they don't mix.
';I wear L'Oreal True Match Foundation; it's really light and matches your original skin tone.';

Super light makeup for a 12 year old? :)?
My eyes are a fairly pale blue, and I'm very pale.Super light makeup for a 12 year old? :)?
I'd get natural looking make up. I'm 15 and I don't even wear that much. I have green eyes and light brown hair and I only wear a little brown eyeliner and eyelights mascera. Mostly though, I think you should wear alot of lip gloss. I told this to another girl about your age earlier. Try Neauties. It's an all natural lip gloss. The gloss it very good!! It makes your lips soo soft. It also tastes really good. I can swim with it on and it takes a while to come off. It's so good that I am getting a container every other month. My favorite flavor is Cherry for the summer. I usually don't like Cherry flavored anything, but this one is a realllly good flavor. Go to this link and read about it.

Is revlon colorstay active light makeup SPF 25.?
is it truly what this woman says it is? is it sweat proof rub proof etc?!?
http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/285345/revlon_colorstay_active_light_makeup.html?cat=69
there are a couple pages of it though. and i will be going to camp so i just need a light cover. and something that won't run or fall off. lolIs revlon colorstay active light makeup SPF 25.?
A lot of people say that it is. Maybe it's true for them, but at the end of the day I think all make-up tends to ';rub'; off...dont you think?
A really good active make-up is Bare Minerals. I only reccomend this because if you sweat it doesn't bead off, and it's a light feeling powder with maxium coverage.
https://www.bareminerals.com/
I use this in the summer and I wouldn't use anythingggg else. Liquid foundations and such need to be set with a powder, nothing wrong with that, but you dont want a whole bunch of stuff on your face at camp! So I would go to Sephora, ULTA or a BAre Minerals counter and have them demonstrate on you. It's worth it! :)
Also if you're looking for something less expensive I've also used a mineral foundation from covergirl that works pretty well too.
';true blend microminerals'; it's also very light and has good coverage with no worries of it dripping when you sweat and stuff.
http://www.covergirl.com/products/produc鈥?/a>
good luck!!
**Is revlon colorstay active light makeup SPF 25.?
Yes I love the revolon colorstay line. I prefer regular colorstay over colorstay active. It works the same except not as greasy feeling as colorstay active. I am in love with the new Revlon colorstay mineral mousse. Comes in 5 or 6 different shades and works even better. It stays on forever and controls my extremely oily face. Love revlon colorstay!

Guys: heavy or light makeup?
okay well ive just been having a hard time deciding which makeup to use. when i use light makeup i dont put as much on and use natural colors like brown. when i decide to wear heavy i use colors like purple and wear dark eyeliner. i think it looks pretty when i go heavy but you can tell its not natural atr all. jw if guys like a prettier girl with alot of makeup or a cute girl with less. id appriciate it:)Guys: heavy or light makeup?
i wear foundation, then i either wear black or brown eyeliner, and i do all kinds of eyeshadows.
if you dont know how to mix your eyeshadows right, then just stick with light eyeshadows.Guys: heavy or light makeup?
light make up works..you can exhibit much of your beauty when you do..make up is just complementary so it simply enhances your beauty by not transforming your face into a clown with extra heavy make up
Cute girls w/ less makeup is a plus to me. I mean, if you're cute then your face shouldn't be covered in makeup. Natural beauty.
when you wear colors it makes you look alot younger. like a little 12 year old girl trying it on for the first time. id stick with black no glitter or anything
most guys like light makeup or none.
thats what i've always heard and known from guys.
A little bit or no makeuphair brush

How to do light makeup?
hi,
my school starts back tommorow and i go to a private school and they are kinda of strict and this will be my first year to wear makeup to school i'm goin to be in the 9th grade i've already bought some more back to school makeup so i need tips on how to wear my makeup to school How to do light makeup?
Hey i am starting 9th grade this month too.I have never wore make up in my life too except for lip gloss and i have once tried eye shadows but didn't like it.I think it was the wrong shade for me but anyway here is what i would recommend to you.
Pink or peachy color lip gloss,
2 coats of mascara.I don't think eye liners are good for your first time.
A little bit of blush on the apples of your cheeks.
Bare minerals would be good too plus i would recommend a cream based/colored eyeshadow to make your eyes pop out.
Hope i helped and good luck. How to do light makeup?
Doing light makeup is really quite easy, I usually keep it light unless I am going out anyway.
if you need foundation just do it as usual, obviously you should always keep that light as possible. For a natural look I recommend Revlon new complexion liquid. or a little concealer around the eyes and dark spots and a light dusting of mineral foundation (Afterglowcosmetics.com is the best one)
make sure you wear a bit of blush to keep it looking natural and fresh. Revlon makes a nice creamy blush, or try neutrogena mineral blush.
Just go easy on the mascara, maybe only do the top lashes if you have thicker lashes. Skip the eyeliner and do a neutral eyeshadow that is matte rather than with sparkles.
Oh and a not-too-pink or red translucent lip gloss.
Good luck with high school!
Hi,
I am in the same situation you are. I am going to a strict private school and I'm going into 9th grade. Here's what I recommend:
1.Thin black eyeliner on the top lid
2.No eyeshadow or a very light shade
3.A touch of blush on the cheeks
4.Small amount of mascara on top lashes
Brown eyeliner is also good for a bit more of a subtle look. Experiment a little tonight, try out what you're going to do before you go to school tomorrow.
Apply foundation with a makeup sponge as you will get a thin, even application. Next, take a shimmery highlighter (eye shadow or a pencil) and highlight right under the arches of your eyebrows and the inside corners of your eyes. Keep eye shadow to a minimum and make sure your blush is close to your skin color. (Eye shadow should be he opposite color of your eyes to make the biggest effect.) Add some clear gloss and you're good to go!
get yourself a powder to make your skin look better.. i use bare minerals. also get blush.. but not a really pink one, something more natural. then i would use a cream colored eyeshadow to just make your eyes pop a little. get a light colored eyeliner (light brown for brown eyes, gray for blue and green eyes) and trace a THIN line right above your eyelashes. then put on a light coat of mascara (brownish black or black) this will make your eyes look like you don't have makeup, you just have long lashes. but at the same time it will make a huge difference!!
What I do is put 1-2 coats of mascara and then very lightly put some black eyeliner on the top of my eye and smudge it and then some on the bottom of my eye and smudge it. That way, it doesn't look too over-done like at night where your make-up is really obvious.
Also, I'd put a little blush on the apples of your cheeks to make you look sweet and finish off with some lipgloss.
Wear natural colors.
Like a peachy color lip gloss.
Then some foundation, with a pinkish blush.
Then highlight your eyes with a brown liquid eyeliner on the top of your eyelashes. Then maybe a brownish eyes shadow.
you could use the same eye shadow and put it on your bottom eyelid, very thin.
thank you for answering my question - but I'm not a makeup expert, sorry I can't help you. Thank you again anyway.

I have a light chocolate complexion and I want toknow if I should use a light or dark eye makeup?
Tell me what colors you prefer:)I have a light chocolate complexion and I want toknow if I should use a light or dark eye makeup?
Depends on your eye color, certain colors will make your eyes pop if you wear the right ones...I have a light chocolate complexion and I want toknow if I should use a light or dark eye makeup?
dark and smokey maybe add some gold eyeliner for drama!
go toward light beacause if you do dark make up then in sometimes looks like you have a black eye.
i think you should try color that are kind of close to your complexshion and shimmery stuff. try bronze gold brown peachy brown
go to www.covergirl.com and take all the quizes and then go to tips %26amp; tricks then try the shadow salon
i would use a chocolate liner or navy and a dark eyeshadow
With your skin color i would use bold colors like dark pink Really dark white maybe a liter brown. Good Luck!
Complexion is one thing- EYE COLOR is more important.
Your age determines the color as well.
The older you are the darker the colors.
I would find a standard mocha color, with a pearl or sparkle at the browline (only) with a black mascara, depending ont he color of your eyes use Dark Brown liner, not black. That is well suited for most skin types.
That will cover your eyes and enhance your lashes and allow you to make your lips ';POP'; with a holiday color. like a Raisen, Deep Wine or Darker Red. Bright colors will be to harsh and ';cheap'; looking on your skin shade.
You can however use a colored gloss for a ';hint'; of bright red.
Be sure to wear a powder and a ';warm'; blush on your cheeks, that is really important, to make you look fully ';faced';.
The colors suggested are basics and can be worn with almost every color clothes or hair color as well.
Best wishes.
I would go darker rather then lighter. Going lighter then your skin colour for anything other then highlighting can look really tacky and out-dated.

Do you like dark or light makeup better?!?
plzz help i rele need to know quicklyDo you like dark or light makeup better?!?
For day time, at work, school etc. I like to wear natural/neutral colors. Browns, beiges, light pinks. I usually use shimmery and matte(no shimmer) colors together to get a really nice look. I do lite liner and brown/black mascra only on the top.
At night I go all out!
Smokey eyes with black, purple, hot pinks, anything! Lots of liner and mascara, maybe false lashes!Do you like dark or light makeup better?!?
Light/natural makeup
But I think dark makeup usually looks better for eyes
While light makeup looks good for lips and cheeks
I think lighter makeup looks better. You can do a lot without having to go too dark and heavy looking.
Lighter, more natural looking makeup is more flattering on everyone.
I think most people prefer light makeup, but I don't know... I think it's more fun going dark.
light.. just a little bit of lipgloss, light eyeshadow (pink silver or blue), and mascara
I like light makeup, but if im going out, it's all about a dark smokey eye =]
depends on so much; skin tone, eye color, what kind of makeup you're talking about, etc.
I love natural looking stuff. So guess light.
Light looks more natural
Dark is for dramatic looks.
I prefer light :)

What is the kind of makeup should you wear if your a really light black girl and wants to look sexy?
Well, if by ';light black'; you mean bronze this is the kind of makeup you should wear.
For day:
Cheeks: Give your sunlight skin some sparkle with a shimmery champagne rose blush. Alpply to the apples of your cheeks and up toward your hairline. Such blush would be found in drugstones for $1.
Eyes: Brush a true black mascara on your top and bottom lashes:the color will pop againest your brown skin define your eyes. Such mascara can be found in drugstores for $7.
Lips: Frosty gloss can make you look chalky, so pick a light watermelon lip stain:it will give your skin a hint of juicy color. Such lipgloss can be found in drugstores for $4.
Face: ANYTHING will work. Just some light powder followed by foundation can do the trick.
Night:
Cheecks: Play up the cinnamon tones in your skin by applying a peachy blush to your apples-it won't be too strong with your tone. Such blush can be found in drugstores $9.
Eyes: A cool navy liner is a great constact to your warm skin. Use it to trace it along your top lashes and bottom liner rims. Such liner can be found in drugstores in for $6.
Tip: Try smokey eyes with dark eyeshadow colors.
Lips: You can pull off hot pink lip gloss-it will bring out the natural gold in your skin. Such lip gloss can be found in drugstores for $2.
Try smokey eyes for night.
Skin: You could use the same kind as for day.
Hope that helps!!

What color makeup would look pretty on a medium tone face and light brownish reddish hair?
Earth tones are great. Apricot on the cheeks and a soft green with brown in the crease on the eyes. Keep the eye shadow simple because the tone of your hair will set off the effects of your eyes. Lips?? GLOSSYWhat color makeup would look pretty on a medium tone face and light brownish reddish hair?

Whats the best eye makeup for me. I have light brown hair and green-blue eyes I am Caucasian (skin VERY fair)?
I want to know what color lip gloss would look best on my extreamly fair complection. And the eye make up I should use (and the best why to apply it) to make my greenish-blue eyes 'pop' if you know what i mean.Whats the best eye makeup for me. I have light brown hair and green-blue eyes I am Caucasian (skin VERY fair)?
Your hair will go with virtually any colour, coz ur v.fair soft, subtle tones are nice like a soft pink and beige blusher, nude or pink lip gloss. For ur eyes u have different choices for 2 reasons. Coz u eyes are bluey-green eyes u can make the greener part stand out or the bluer part. For the bluer part use, gold, browns, bronze and copper. %26amp; for the grenner part use, taupe, plum, rose and warm green. Use soft shades for ur complexion.Whats the best eye makeup for me. Green-blue eye makeup (but not too pale).
Also, pale pink lip gloss (though again not too pale).
:]
I have almost the same complexion i think light purple would bring out your eyes or try a light green....and something brownish for lip gloss
visit with a mary kay consultant. i would use a nude gloss and for eyeshadow, orange, browns, creams....if you get some orange in there it will make the blue pop
i have green eyes and a light pale sprinkle green stands my eyes out and use a eyeliner. you can pick and choose different colors of liner like a sea green ect.
Muted colours would be best with black mascara.Natural lip gloss is best.
bare minerals has a great line of foundations and eyeshadow. and used correctly you could wear any color because it brings out your natural beauty..its a great product.
You would probaly look good with pinkish redish lip gloss and light brown eye shadow. But do what you think would look good on you! =)

Ok i have blonde hair light skin and blueish green eyes. What color makeup should i use?
I am about the same as you, I find light pink/purple/blue eyeshadows look nice, try a brown mascara because I find with myself anyways, black is too harsh, also NO eyeliner. for blush I use a light beige/brown and for lips I use mostly just lip gloss, if I use lipstick I go for a light pink color.
Hope this helpsOk i have blonde hair light skin and blueish green eyes. What color makeup should i use?
Nothing...you sound pretty and makeup gives you wrinkles and dry skin.Ok i have blonde hair light skin and blueish green eyes. What color makeup should i use?

Light makeup routine?
What's a good light makeup routine for a half asian and half white girl that is in her young teen year? xD I wanna have a light one, like I did last year, just sparkley stuff for my eyes and some lipgloss. But I need something new. Any ideas?Light makeup routine?
1) curl eye lashes and apply mascara
natural looking eye shadow ( just a very light amount)
colored lip gloss
2) tinted mosterizer ( its like foundation but more sheer (light) and adds a great moisture for skin if you have dry skin
eyeliner
lipgloss
3) eye liner
mascara
lip gloss
4) Mineral make up (pur minerals is great and everydayminerals is great too!!)
mascara
lip gloss
or if you just want to add something to your sparkley eyes and lip gloss than get a blush brush and some blush, blush is great!!! and would look so cute with your suddle look your going forLight makeup routine?
Light makeup is really easy as long as you approach your face with a light hand. just sweep some bronzer around your face for a hint of color on pale skin. I reccomend Bobbi brown bronzer, it complements all skin tones. Then, apply lip gloss like MAC plushglasss in a rose tone. This will flatter and be very high glam. Make sure to apply eyeliner in discreet cat eye flicks for a subtle ';edge'; to your natural look. Don't wear foundation, concealer, powder, or matte dust, these only dull your gorgeous complexion. I never use them and I look pretty! If you want, coat on mascara like MAC plushlash but Asians don't need it! Do everything I said and you'll look good, trust me!
I use Loreal eye colors now that suit your eye color and it's amazing :) Also use some black eye liner on the upper lids and bottom. Apply a little blusher and stay away from foundation. At your age start using a great face moisturiser and anti-ageing cream. I started all this when I was 15 and I'm now 30 and get lots of compliments on how my skin looks. Also take Evening Primrose Oil daily. It's great for ones skin. I can't recommend it enough.
Well Babe.
My Opinion On This One Is, Try Light Colors of eyeshadow Like , Light Blue, Pink, Green, All Depending On What Ur Wearing That Day! You Can Get Some Lovely Eyeshadow from boots or super drug :)
Bit Of Pencil Eye Liner And Mascara :) Not Too Heavy on the mascara tho you don't want to over do your look:)
Some shinny Lip gloss :) With A Tint Of Pink Or Normal :)
And There We Go :)

Light makeup for muslims?
Is it haram to cover up your dark eye circles with makeup?Light makeup for muslims?
That is fine, as long as you are not doing it for vanity but only to appear...less tired, etc.
And I am very strict about makeup....
edit : but try to live without..
i don't know if this is good advice. dark circles really dont look that bad, by the way....Light makeup for muslims?
I'm not sure, because I've never seen you before, but based on what most Muslims that I've seen look like, (you're all very beautiful) I would guess that purples, browns, and maybe flesh/peach/tan colors would look nice on you. Good luck. :)
As for my knowledge of Islam, I believe that makeup isn't forbidden, because you're still protecting your modesty and dignity by covering your hair. I hope I helped. Peace. :)
yes, i believe so. i mean, if putting light make up was an exception, then i am sure Prophet Muhammed would have mentioned it. you are created beautiful as God created you. anything you want to do, then do it at home but not in public. so just accept the way you look and feel good about yourself.
the Hijab is basically to not attract people's attention to your looks, but make up is basically to attract people's attention to your looks. i know you just want to cover up the dark circles around your eyes. but i think this is a test from God. you feel like you would look better if they were covered up. i mean, if Allah wanted you not to have these dark circles, he would have created you without them. but He did, to test you and see if you will fight the temptation of looking more beautiful in order to follow Allah's words.
and remember, life is really nothing. we don't have to be concerned all the time about how we look. i am sure Allah will grant you a BEAUTIFUL face in Heaven in shaa Allah with no dark circles. and Allah knows best :)
Salam for you my dear sister. Yes certainly it is halal to make a light makeup for you as a good muslim woman. It is not haram as long as the dark eyes circling you have good intention for making a good appearance in front of your husband for attracting him and no other muslim man just only your own husband..
yes it is ok, just try not to over do it. you are good to ask a question and you are avoiding sin... good way to think sister
you are to look and feel better as you are representing islam
Mashallah hope this helps
i would say its mustahab to cover dark circles.
as numerous hadeeths state, we are to look presentable and decent as we are representing Islam.
Makeup in general is not haram.
Unless you wear it to attract men/boys.
It's all about your intention, in your case it would be far from haram.
no. its okay.
No it is not haram but when you go out so cover yourself completely. Your hairs, body and face should be covered.
no inshaAllah it will be OKAY. bcoz it just prevents u from looking bad, it wont make to too attractive ( like those with make-up)
just decentis good, evryone should look nice.
but not makeup like your going to a wedding.
: )
u r allowed to use makeup...
oh come on seriously, u think god would put u in hell for something so petty?
no its not

I have really pretty hazel eyes and light skin with brown hair: How do I do my makeup? Makeup 101 needed. THX.?
For ur eyes to appear more brown go for gold, sand, cream and greens
If you want the greener part to appear more try taupe, lilac, plum and rose.
As u have light skin, go for soft shades of colourI have really pretty hazel eyes and light skin with brown hair: How do I do my makeup? Makeup 101 needed. THX.?
For eyes, plain black eyeliner will make hazel eyes look really pretty, and almost any color eyeshadow (except browns). Pinks look especially good, and purples, and light shades of blue. When using eyeliner, always put more eyeliner on your top eyelid than you do on the bottom lid. I think that the most annoying thing is when people put too much on the bottom! It makes eyes look small and not that right. ahah. Anyways, cat eye makeup looks good on any eyes, use a liquid liner (or even pencil works too!) and draw a line along your top lashline and flick it upwards a bit at the end for a toned down cat eye. Lots of mascara too! It makes eyes look pretty and feminine. Experiment and mess around with your makeup to find a look that you love!
For face makeup, like foundation, find a foundation that matches your skin tone. Always wash %26amp; moisturize face first, then dab foundation out onto a makeup sponge or brush, and blend it onto face apply powder after for a matte look and to set the foundation.. then for blush, a peachy or rosy color would be perfect! Apply to the apples of your cheeks and sweep it back into the hairline.I have really pretty hazel eyes and light skin with brown hair: How do I do my makeup? Makeup 101 needed. THX.?
with hazel eyes, almost anything goes. I would stay in softer more neutral colors for everyday wear. Teals and Violets will help your eyes to pop you can work those into your eye look. Because you are light skinned, i would keep your blush and lips soft and fresh looking. Clear gloss is a must.
you can go to makeup counters and ask for a makeover and watch what they do and ask questions. i did that. This site is also really helpful, http://www.audreydao.com/ it has a lot of basic how-to tutorials. Tutorials like how to find the right foundation for your skin type, the right color blush, how to apply eyeliner, how to apply blush. Those type of tutorials. I added some links that might help.

Makeup tips for fair skin, light blue eyes and auburn hair?
I have noticed that eyeliner almost makes my eyes look smaller for some reason. Maybe I am not applying it on correctly. My eyelashes are naturally dark, but mascara makes them pop...only trouble is when the raccoon eyes come, they REALLY show up on my skin tone. Any advice? I don't like to wear a lot of makeup . Thanks!Makeup tips for fair skin, light blue eyes and auburn hair?
Go with either a dark or medium brown liner. However, with fair skin, light blue eyes and auburn hair, it is best to keep your makeup looking natural. Anything too dark will be overpowering. Try using just the mascara without the liner. It looks more natural.Makeup tips for fair skin, light blue eyes and auburn hair?
Use dark brown eyeliner instead of black, or use charcoal instead of black.
The best mascara in the world is mirenesse secret weapon mascara. You can buy it on www.hsn.com for 19.00 a little much but I promise you will never in your life have raccoon eyes again, it is well worth it. Eyeliner actually does make your eyes look smaller, you must apply a lighter color, since you have blue eyes I would use a grey liner and make sure you put it very close to your lashline, and then with a foam eyeshawdow applicator smudge it, you will have a nice smokey looking eye.
yes yes yes i hear this problem a lot! Not everyone should apply eyeliner the same way..from what you said only use eyeliner on the outer part of your eye.(dont fill in your whole eye)!
of course clear mascara would b ok. it leaves ur eyelashes glossy and pretty.
apply brown eyeliner but only on the outer rim of ur eyes
hmmm. try just putting the eyeliner on the bottom lashes. for your mascara problem use, Max Factor No Color Mascara. its CLEAR and goes on clear so no clumps, and no racoon eyes!

What makeup would look best for a blonde/lightbrown hair light blue eyes and fair skin?
i want really cute and rocker like makeup not tooo overdone but really cute and rocker typeWhat makeup would look best for a blonde/lightbrown hair light blue eyes and fair skin?
Well i would stay away from harsh eyeliners. However eyeliner is the key to rocker.
I would suggest you line the top and bottom lids really thin with a black, or navy blue eyeliner.
Bright pinks and bright blue shadows are always good with eyeliner to keep it looking cute but rocker. The NYX trio in: Cherry, Cool Blue, Light pink. they would look great with a black mascara and eyeliner, and are only $5.50 each and are quality.

Sexy but light makeup?
Any ideas on how to wear really sexy makeup but still keep it light?Sexy but light makeup?
Providing you have good skin, I'd say go for tinted moisturiser. It's much lighter than traditional foundation, but gives you a healthy glow. For eyes, curl your lashes and apply two coats of mascara in brown. Line them lightly in brown or grey, but only in the outer third of your eye, and heaviest in the outer corner. Use lipgloss in a neutral colour. If you have dark circles or blemishes, then use a liquid light-reflecting concealer. This is a natural look that's really pretty, favoured by celebs such as mischa barton, jennifer anniston and kate winslet.Sexy but light makeup?
Why would it matter. a girl is just as beautiful as she thinks she is.
if u have good skin, u can skip the foundation. :) translucent powder is good to cut shine, or just get oil blotting sheets.
i think sexy makeup consists of blushed cheeks, eyeliner/mascara, and lip gloss. so if i were u, i'd try a light/pastel colored eyeshadow (try gold, or maybe lavendar/pinks). then get liquid black eyeliner (pencil is ok too) and stay as Close to the lash line as possible. tilt head back, look down into the mirror, and start at inner corner. once u get to 3/4 of the outer eye, try going straight out and then slightly upwards. when u open ur eye and look normally in the mirror, it should have a little ';cat eye'; going on, and it opens the eyes more. apply mascara to Top lashes only. then u can get a highligher shadow/pencil in white or gold and apply w/ Flat brush on lower lash line. it brightens the eye. apply some cream or powder blush to apples of cheeks in upward strokes, and apply lip gloss (pink/rose color is good!) good luck~

You should try mineral powder makeup. Thats all I need with a little eyebrow pencil and mascara...looks light, sexy, and not overdone.
I use Arbonne's it's better and cheaper than bare minerals brand.
you can order it at http://www.arbonne.com
You'll need a consultant ID when you order, mine is16459642.
They ship it to your house along with a new Kabuki brush every time! lasts for about a year!
Makes your skin have a kind of glowy look. I love it.
i think it depends on the individual, but i would say it's always safe to work with your eyes (mascara/liner) and a little something on the lips if u need
for keeping it light, my best advice is enhance your best feature and cover up your worst--usually then you have something light
for example, if ur best feature are ur eyes, then put eyeliner and mascara and if u have skin discolorations then put foundation on...
hope it helps! but another thing to keep in mind is that what looks ';sexy'; depends on the person who is looking
What do you mean by light? I assume no foundation...
Forget about blusher, foundation and just use a light powder... Then add a white shadow all over the lids with brown eyeliner. Now play up the lips like crazy, line them with the same colour as your lips and add a deep coloured lip gloss
go to a ';Benefit'; makeup counter for sure!!
I only wear mascara, a little eye liner, and colored lip gloss. It works for me!
I like a good light foundation that's enough coverage but doesn't look like i'm wearing any, natural blush, a little mascara, lightly colored lipgloss and a brown eyeliner. Don't over do it and it comes out pretty good.
any light colors for with a base of tinted moisturizer is good. depending on your skin tone, rose colors on the eyes can make you look like your tired, go for more of a whit pink for the eyes, on your cheeks go for a liquid light cheek stain. For lips a tinted chap stick.
Hey girl.
Choose colors that are bare. Bare colors look good on any skin tone. Soft brown's and light pink with it. Lip colors too! Bare colors are the most sexy and not too out there. Soft colors are in right now. Too much color is like saying, look at me!!!!!! Trust me on this one. You need to know how to put makeup on as well. If you learn how to put it on right, it will look so much better. There are web sites to go to as well. Google ( how to put makeup on) and also ( how to match makeup to skin tones). I love Google. It gives so much varieties.
Good Luck

What makeup line would you suggest for those who have tinea versicolor and a light brown complexion?
i hate to do this...but what meds are you taking to help it? I've been dealing with this for over 10 years, and am afraid to take the oral meds because the doc said i would have to get my liver and kidneys checked monthly to make sure the meds weren't interfering with anything. i use the cream everyday, but if I'm in the sun too long, it comes right back. by the end of the summer I'm a spotted mess.
BTW...i use dermablend to coverup the mess on my chest and back. it's water-proof and blends nicely. What makeup line would you suggest for those who have tinea versicolor and a light brown complexion?
I have tried many kind of make-up and I have found Merle Norman to be the best

Making makeup look good in florescent light?
How???My school has them and they make me look like crap!Making makeup look good in florescent light?
Beauty supply stores carry florescent light make up mirrors that will give you an idea of how to apply make up in a florescent setting. It helps a lot.Making makeup look good in florescent light?
I wouldn't worry about florescent lighting, my dear. The best light to use when putting on make-up is natural light, simply because we're in natural light more than we are in florescent light, and natural light shows us our true skin tone. Florescent lighting sucks *** 'cause it's not natural light. It's unflattering because it makes it look like we have a blue hue to our skin, when in fact, most people's is yellow or pink. They make everyone look like crap. As long as you look good in natural light, I wouldn't worry about florescent lighting.
yeah
great question-I hope it gets a good answer because florscent lighting is used were I work and we all look like crap too.
practice in good light at home, then you know about how much to apply in different light.Or get a light up travel mirror.
......not wear makeup.idk......
How to make thick and siny hair?

Know of any cover up makeup that is light weight and does not give you a lot of pimples?
Bare Minerals. Period.
I thought it was such a gimmick, but its not. I had been using it for about a year and summer came and I cheaped out and bought a knock off type. After that, the acne came back and my pores were so clogged.
It is honestly worth the $25.00.
I went back to it and my skin in clear again.
You can get the starter kit and it comes with a brush so you can conceal with the same powder.
Here, check it out.

Very light eyebrows and eyelashes, What eye makeup is best?
I am really into the alternative style, so I naturally like lots of eye makeup, but I just can't seem to get it right on myself. i have orange hair, and very light eyebrows and eyelashes. Whenever I try to put anu makeup on my eyes, it turns out horrible. I am completely lost. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!Very light eyebrows and eyelashes, What eye makeup is best?
Use warm colors on your eyelids: gold would be flattering. You can always use an eyebrow pencil that is a shade darker than your brows.
Mascara -you can go for a dark shade with a touch of dark eyeliner.

smokey colors for eyes, dark brown mascara, warm-toned blush and lip color. no cool colors or pinks
try using brown mascara and eyeliner. that way it's not too different from your haircolor but at the same time you're darkening the outline of your eyes. if you want that smoky-eyed look, you have to work with blues because it would make your eyecolor look more vibrant. start experimenting with different kinds of blues and see what suits your skin color. then try mixing the blue with a little gray. i suggest you apply with your fingers, that way eyeshadow will stick to your eyelids. applying eye make-up is really tricky. it all depends on your eyeshape. try applying little by little and slowly building up on the colors.

You need to learn color compliments.
Buy a color wheel.
For example:
Red's compliment is green.
Purple's compliment is yellow.
Blue's compliment is orange
They work GREAT together! :)
Don't exaggerate with eye make-up, cause it will make u look like a ****. You use natural shades, like light brown, brown eyeliner and dark brown mascara. Too dark shadows will look bad on you and black eyeliner and mascara is not reccommended when eyelashes and erebrows are light.
Your right you need a strong eyebrows and eyelashes. So we will need a eyeshadow color black and browns. Use a really thin brush (about 1/8 of the ordinary). Wet your brush (but remove some excess) then dip it into the black color for your top eyelashes and dark brown at the bottom. Your can use earth colors as your regular eyeshadow (and apply the eyeshadow first before the eyeliners). Add mascara of course, so if you put black eyes liner your mascara should be black too. Then you can have light orange for your cheeks and lips (lipglos is pretty). Hope I helped you.
For maximum impact, line your lower lashes with the same shade you used on your lids using a pointed eye shadow brush (MAC's ';219 Pencil'; brush is perfect).
A hint of neutral shimmer (like a soft goldy-mushroom) as a highlight dusted on your brow bone will make eyes shine, or you could add a dab of clear eye gloss to really bring these colors to life!
Black or charcoal eyeliner smudged into your lashline will make this look smoky, or flick the outer corner slightly upward and outward for a hint of cats eyes.

How would I bring out light amber specks in my brown eyes with makeup?
I only get the specks when I am in the sun. :-)How would I bring out light amber specks in my brown eyes with makeup?
Pick a color that contrasts with both the amber, and the brown.
Try:
greens
blues
purples [ probably will work best ]
warm brown or rosy brown, depending on hair and skin color
Use a bit of gold to highlight. How would I bring out light amber specks in my brown eyes with makeup?
Gold hues go with brown eyes, also pinks. I use purples, also. I have brown eyes. Go to a MAC store, if you have one nearby, and ask one of the workers. They'll not only be able to tell you which colors to use, but can also apply them for you and show you how to apply them as well. Keep in mind to get quality results, you need to buy quality products.
Blue brings out the brown
Kohl's have some great colors that are not expensive.
The line is called '; Flirt';

All products are made by Estee Lauder too ...

try almay's intense eye collection, or just copy their color scheme
grab your bronzer and sweep right under your lower lid just a little. Use shimmery golds and light champagne color on your lid. Not too bold though this isn't a kindergarten masterpiece. Try brown eyeliner and mascara opposed to black.

The problem girls have with make-up is trying to match it with their outfit...theres nothing more chessy and trailer park looking then doing that...
Since you have green eyes you should go for the dark colors in make-up it would really bring out the green in your eyes..
Try maybe black,brown
Neutral colors on your eyes like a brownish or even pink!! Pink glossy lips, and nothing on your cheeks. And a toned light foundation to make your look darker. You should look pretty!!!!!

What color of makeup would look good on me. i have light brown eyes and somewhat dark brown hair and dark skin
i have dark skin and dark brown hair and brown eyes. my husband and i are going to atlantis, paradise island in the bahamas. i want to look pretty for my husband and myself. i 've gone to the lengths of lazer hair removal and got a bikini line removal. when the lady asked what kind of bikini line i wanted and i asked what kinds are there. i told her the most popular one that girls get and she said brazilian bikini line, i said ok and i got it done. what i got home to look at it all of it was gone. i've been working out and on a diet. i'm trying to get to a size 5. i'm going tanning. i just want to know what kind of make up would look good. i don't want to look weird. What color of makeup would look good on me. i have light brown eyes and somewhat dark brown hair and dark skin
I suggest wearing warm earth tones during the day. Something like chocolate, adobe, vanilla, bronze, gold, bark, java. These are standard names for colors that almost any makeup line would use for earth tones. I would highlight my brow with a vanilla shade or a shimmery ivory/white depending of the color of your skin. You don't want to go too light if you have really dark skin. I would then brush a moderate earthy tone (a light brown) on my lid and contour in the crease with something darker like a chocolate or bronze. You can dust a gold shimmer tone over your lid to add just a little luster. I would then apply a dark brown liner on my top lash line. Black mascara to upper lashes. Dust your cheeks with a neutral shade of blush or bronzer-something peach/mauve with brown and gold undertones. Use a neutral lipliner with a neutral lipstick (I like toffee by bobbi brown) and with clear gloss if you want added shine. This would be your every day wear.
For evening I would spice it up a bit depending on your outfit. Because of your skin, hair, and eye color you could probably wear almost any color and pull it off. I would suggest a shimmery white or silver on the brow. If you are wearing a cool tone outfit like pink, purple, baby blue, etc. I would dust a light mauve, pink, or neutral earth tone on my lid. Then I would apply a dark plum, ebony, or warm navy shade to the crease. Definitely wear black eyeliner and mascara on top. You can add a little liner and mascara to the bottom lash line if desired. Only go mid way with the liner if you have small eyes (this also applies to the contouring shadow. Don't go from corner to corner with your CONTOURING shade if your eyes are small. Only go half way and blend well. This will make your eyes appear larger) and be sure to blend well so there isn't any definite lines showing. Dust a neutral pink or mauve color on your cheeks and the same to your lips with shimmer gloss.
If you are wearing red, black (you could still use cool tones with black), green, yellow, or orange. I would stick to the more natural shades listed above and just darken the countouring shadow a bit or use a dark bronze or dark ivy color (once again depending on your clothing). Use black eyeliner and mascara. Use a neutral blush with peach, brown, or red undertones. For lipstick you could use reds, browns, tawnies, or warm neutral shades. I would use a clear or translucent shimmer gloss if I wanted shine.
Hope this helps!!!!!!!What color of makeup would look good on me. i have light brown eyes and somewhat dark brown hair and dark skin

Anything from Maybelline, MAC, to Sephora
Hope dis helps = P
I'd go with golds, greens, and navy blues for your eyes, and light pink gloss for your lips. Have fun!
Ok, I think you should definitely go natural on this. And not just for ur skin color but for everyone. When you are in the summer and have goops of makeup on, its not too pleasing to the eye. Try dream mouse blush which is by Maybelline and is this light mousse in different colors that looks like you have a glow. If ure skin is flawless then def keep no foundation on and use a tinted moisturizer. If its not flawless then try foundation that lasts a long time like Maybelline's new color extended foundation. ALWAYS no matter wat! USE sunscreen!!! its the best thing u cud ever do to ur skin!! For eyes use subtle neutrals or golds. and lips, lip balm which looks like lip gloss but is gud for ur lips. basically.. less=more!! Have fun!
I think earth tones would be great on you! Like golds, greens, and browns. And you didn't know what a Brazilllian was? well i bet you were surprised. lol but isn't it so much nicer now?? have funhair brush

For eyes use subtle neutrals or golds. and lips, lip balm which looks like lip gloss but is gud for ur lips. basically.. less=more!! Have fun!

I have light brown eyes and pale skin so what eye makeup should i use and how should i apply it?

Choosing Eye Makeup Colors

Actually, even though you don't like pink, it will look the best on rich, brown eyes. Try using a more bronzy-pink to make it more natural and pop out zee eyes. The best part of having brown eyes is that it goes well with anything. Even a gold or orange would look good on you I bet. Also try using a lighter blust to soften your eyes. Harsh blush looks horrible on light skin. Good luck and look beautiful!!!

I would go with the browns. Especially with a light brown or a smokey brown. For eyeshadow use a ligh brown. For eyeliner I would use a smokey brown color. I use the smokey brown color alot. But I used the eyeshadow for eyeliner. Use the eyeshadow brush on the end/side of it apply a Little bit of makeup to it, then put it on. It works really good. It also comes off better than eyeliner.
Well you could try greens because that makes brown eyes pop! so do purples but scince you hate them too much try green and you can also put on golds and stuff! Good luck
Well I think beiges/taupes/golds/etc would look very nice. I love the brand Urban Decay (sephora.com)... they have great colors. I think ';Midnight Cowgirl'; would look great on you.
I think GOLD shadow looks great with all eye colors. Especially brown, it really makes them pop.
It's really bad that you hate purple because purple eyeliner makes brown eyes stand out and look clearer...You should use thin brown or black eyeliner to stand out your eyes and a really good mascara that makes your eyes bigger...mix some bronze blush with your normal powder and apply it on the parts of your face that get tanned normally when you go to the beach...use clear or light pink gloss and you're good to go!
You probably have beautiful eyes, why hide them beneath gunk?
well you dont EVER wanna wear TOO much makeup! if you have light brown eyes then i would use LIGHT colors!!! i have hazel green eyes with red hair and i stick to Light pink!!! use eyeliner also it will highlight your eyes and make them a little sexier!!! to apply it--- start from the right and go to the left.... also if u use a darker color toward the bottom part of your eye and a lighter color at the top toward your eyebrow it looks good also
I know this will work cause i use it all the time use a seisedo eymakeup it has layaers of brown goldish and white it will make a perfect eye shadow and blush hope it works! you can buy it at macys

How to do LIGHT scene makeup?
i like scene makeup but not the whole 2 lb. ****..How to do LIGHT scene makeup?
Well, I think, If You want to do ';scene'; makeup, You hsould just play around with the makeup you have, until YOU find a look that you like.
But, what I do ( An i've been called scene lots. ._.)

And pale pale lips. [:

I sometimes do this just to be different and not be like anyone else and it might work for you:)
First you need:
1.Liquid foundation
2. Powder foundation (optional)
3.Any color eyeshadow EXCEPT black, brown, dark grey's, and dark blues.
4.Stick eyeliner(any color)
5.Liquid eyeliner(any color)
6.Mascara(any color)
First: Put the liquid foundation on your face but don't cake it on because it could look fake if you do. Make sure you rub it on your face with a sponge or a soft cloth very well.(Powder foundation where it needs to be on your face. Forehead, Cheek Bones, and chin mainly.)
Second:Any color eyeshadow. Don't be afraid to try new things. Go one day with a baby blue and the next lime green.:) Have fun with colors!
Third: Put the stick eyeliner on the INSIDE of your waterline(however heavy you want). Then(against your eyelash line)put it on the top of your lid.
Fourth:With the liquid eyeliner put it right on our waterline and try to put it on your top lid on top of the stick eyeliner. If you want make a little wing on the outter corner of your eyes.
Fifth: Mascara! Put on your mascara how heavy you want it.
There you go! I do this a lot just to be myself and it's not too heavy to where people think ';Good God!! She has like 12 lbs. of make up on her face!'; but it's not too light to where they're going to say,';She has makeup on?';
Have fun!!
Savannah:)
we dont wear 2lb's thank you very much.
1st you put on luquid foundation
2nd you but on black eye liner and make small angel wings on the out side of your eye.
3 blush put a tinie bit of pink blush on your cheek bones.
4 eye shadow try bright colors or shinie or sparkly stuffz.
if you want hair tip's and clothes tips email me! ;)
BUT I MUST WARN YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
if you dont dress Scene dont try this cuz you'll get laughed @.

How can I make my light blue eyes look dark blue? With makeup?
Try a dark blue liner on your lower lid and navy mascaraHow can I make my light blue eyes look dark blue? With makeup?
LIGHT blue eyes are much prettier than dark!
LIGHT blue eyes are much prettier than dark!
How to wear light makeup??
i have really gorgeous green eyes, and i have thick lips, and those two things are my best features on my face. how can i enhance them, without wearing alot of makeup? my family always tells me that i wear too much makeup, and alls it is is black eyeliner, and dark brown mascara.
give me links, ideas, and tips to help me out please :)

Green eyes can be made very pretty with, oddly enough, some light green eyeshadow. Purple %26amp; brown also work. If you're not really up for the whole bold eyeshadow color idea, try lining your lids with brown or green eyeliner.
As far as big lips go, you can't go wrong with pink, shiny lip gloss. I absolutely adore bonnebell liplites. Good luck! [:How to wear light makeup??
for lips i would say just go with light pink or clear lip gloss. for eyes go with brown eyeliner not black to make it less dramatic. if you are wearing foudation then you could mix it with lotion to lighten it up a little.
Hi! For your pretty green eyes I would try plum colors. A light pastel plum all over from the lash line to brown bone with a deeper plum in the crease (where your eyelid meets your brown bone). Next, put an off-white ';highlighter'; color just below your brown bone. Blend, blend, and then blend somemore to get the natural look you want. The eyeshadow should look seemless like it runs together. Finish it off with dark plum eyeliner and two coats of dark brown or black mascara.
For your lips I would try a neutral ip liner that is close to your natural lip color (maybe one shade darker) and a pretty gloss that is either light plum or light pink.

you can always use brown eyeliner/mascara so your eyes will still POP but not so much with the black look. also stick to natural colered eyeshadow. maybe a medium brown or darker green. hey its better than really dark. and as for your lips, just use a gloss to make them shine.
ok, get a felt tip brown or gray eyeliner from walmart, physicians formula is the best, and just line the very outer parts of your eye starting from the middle out. (brown and gray are more natural looking than black, which is very harsh, espeically next to light eyes). wear a little bit of brown mascara and lip balm. if you have thick lips you don't need to accentuate them with lipgloss or lipstick. if you use it make sure its in a neutral color, that will really make your eyes pop.

remember light makeup for my eyes i already no how 2 do my lips an cheksOk i need 2 no how to apply very light makeup fur my eyes?
use a neutral, slightly shimmery shade and brush on your entire lid, from lashline to brow. i'm blonde with a light complexion and i use a champagne colored shade, but you'll need to adjust to your own skin tone. anything that blends on the skin to just look slightly shiny will work. it should look like your skin, only shiny.
then, with your brush apply a brownish pink shade over the eyelid only, stopping at the crease. do one coat only, and start at the outside corner of the lid, working inward. this will put the heaviest amount of shadow on the outside of your lid, where it looks natural.
finally, finish up with a light coat of brown/black mascara on your lashes. don't forget to curl the lashes first to make your eyes really stand out.
if you want to add a bit more or dress it up for evening, get a shadow duo with white and black shadow (revlon has a good one out right now). you'll need to also get a stiff bristled makeup brush. use your regular brush to apply the white shadow to the brow bone and a little dab in the inside corner of your eye to brighten it up. now take the stiff brush and get some black shadow on it, and line your eyes immediately underneath the bottom lash line. if you want, do the top lid as well.Ok i need 2 no how to apply very light makeup fur my eyes?

maybe u should try some moody tones, like deep colors maybe black would hot or if u want cute stuff u should use light pinks or natural colorsWhat is the best eye makeup on gray eyes, dark brown hair and light skin?
You can actually wear a huge variety , those are fun eyes to have , go do a virtual make-over to see for yourself which colors you like the best!

I agree with the green. Jade would look stunning, but the smokey eye looks beautiful too. Just try to keep it subtle and ultimately it will be enough.
Ivory complexions work well with a range of neutrals, cool purples, reddish browns and blue-greens. For a more dramatic look, deep greens and taupes or warm purples can also be used.hair brush

I'm 13 and i wanted to start wearing makeup. i have medium brown hair(long),brown eyes, and a light skin tone?
sooo by telling me your hair color, what answer do you want??? what makeup to buy, how to put it on?? must be more specific hunI'm 13 and i wanted to start wearing makeup. i have medium brown hair(long),brown eyes, and a light skin tone?
go ahead that is if you r a girlI'm 13 and i wanted to start wearing makeup. i have medium brown hair(long),brown eyes, and a light skin tone?
I have med. long brown hair, hazel eyes and a light skin tone. When I was 13 I def. didn't need a foundation. If you have acne you want to hide I could understand that, if not don't wear any at all...fresh faces are always pretty. Tinted lotions are nice because they keep your real skin shown with a bit of color. I would stick to light makeup colors as well. Less is more :) With your hair and eye color, you could pull off any color in my opinion. Wal-mart's Bonne-Bell, Mary Kate and Ashley, E.L.F, NYC and Wet N Wild have the makeup colors meant for your age. Have fun and choose what you like.
You should go to seveenteen.com under beauty go to salon. There you can use a picture of yourself and apply some makeup that way you know how you want to wear makeup. First you should check with your mom...tell her like '; Mom i want to wear some makeup'; that way its cool between you and your parents
Hey hun (:
I wouldnt go for anything dramatic as your still at a young age, but i recommend you wear-
*Base (which is foundation, concealer[to cover any spots, or dark-eye circles])
*Blusher
Eye-liner (any colour of your choice!, perhaps light-green ?)
*mascara
*lipgloss
Sorted ;)
Hope this helps (: !
your pretty young so you dont need to go all out ..... buy a brown liquid eye liner by almay and a brown mascarra and a light purple eye shadow... if you have an uneven skin tone and you think you need cover up just buy lorel true natural power only! and select your skin type. make sure its NOT any darker then your skin tone if anything make sure its a shade lighter
Very nude lipgloss and heavy eyes r stunning for you.
I think a little mascara and a light lip gloss may be all you need. If you need blush, apply with a light hand.
Search on the net, and go to cosmetic counters to try colors on your hand.
Well make-up isnt really nessacry just saying because im 15 still dont wear any makeup. but the thing is i dont get pimples or acne. And ppl who do have bad skin.
But just wear oil free make-up then itll all be good.
You should wear
-mascara not too much though
-eyeliner sometimes if you feel like u want to but a little bit only
-blush to add a little color
-lip gloss.
-a skin type color eyeshadow.
remeber you want things to look natural and blend
you dont want to cake it all up inthere. remeber its only school.

You should go to Dillards and ask if they could help you find a good bronzer. I'm not sure how to help you, sorry. Hope this helps a bit.

Which foundation makeup company is best for 12 year olds? I want it to be light and Powder Foundation.?
I'd like the foundation to be light and the powder type, not liquid. Which company(s) would you recommend and why?
Thanks. And helpful answers only please.Which foundation makeup company is best for 12 year olds? I want it to be light and Powder Foundation.?
i used Revlon professional its a powder. but i don't use it anymore cause i like cover girl and Avon witch is a liquid. but the powder was really good i just like liquid better. oh and bye the way Avon has good foundation and if you don't like it you can send it back. hope this works!!!!!Which foundation makeup company is best for 12 year olds? You should just go to wal mart they have a variety of powder foundations and there cheap! I like the physicians formula Mineral wear. Its talc free and supposed to not be harsh on your skin.
bare minerals works
and im using a clinique powder right now..
i dont like using foundation because it looks too plastic!
covergirl is great for young girls.
Yikes, foundation on a 12 year old? I'm all for young teens wearing makeup, but not foundation yet. If NECESSARY [which I highly doubt it its...] try Everyday Minerals. They send you a free sample kit for $3 shipping.
But it looks much better [and it's easier] to wear concealer and some pressed powder.
bareminerals a.k.a. bareEscentuals.
http://www.ulta.com/store/bare-escentual鈥?/a>
i use it its great
Pur Minerals, I had it recamended to me by a prof. when I was 13.
i used bare minerals when i was 12
I agree. Covergirl because it has SPF plus great makeup!
Covergirl or Loreal
Loreal is made by the same company as Lancome and I really like Lancome so Loreal is probably similar
No foundation . your too young and dont need it

satin taupe
Yeah, same their makeup is excellent. I wouldn't use it for everyday because on that day you are going out and put on makeup it isn't gonna really be a difference. Go to MAC store or counter, they do some great makeover and it gives you a lot of help too.
Everyday/Sometimes Wear:
Mascara
Clear Lipgloss
Bit of Powder + Blush
You could also wear a creamy brown or cream eyshadow.
Going Out Somewhere Special
Foundation. Set it with translucent powder. Put blusher on the apples of your cheeks going up to your cheekbones. You can use bronzer on your sunlight ares, like on one side of your nose going up to your eye, forehead, and just under the blusher to highlight it. Use mascara, an eyeshadow of your choice.
About the eyeshadow you could use: blue, grey, silver. My friend has those color eyes and them colours really suit her.
i looooove hot tahiti lipstick and i have similar eye color. i also like the pigments in silver and pink.
gold and brown will make your eyes really stand out. not really drastic they will just look really blue.
Shroom for base and up to brows...Knight Divine as highlight.

I have blue eyes, fair skin and really light blonde hair. What makeup colors would look good on me? Brands 2?
I have the same features. Yes earth tones will look good. Browns and some purples also. Almay makes eye shadow kits for blue eyes that work well. I also like Revlon Colorstay12 hour shadow collections ( I just bought the Coffee Bean set) for when you need you eye shadow to last. Pop is another brand that makes eye shadow sets for blue eyes. (available at Sephora) Brown eyeliners work well. They look much more natural than blacks which tend to look to harsh with our skin tone. I really like Stila Smudge pot gel eyeliner in brown. It lasts and lasts and doesn't smudge. Smashbox also makes a similar cream eyeliner. If you prefer a pencil any brown tones would work well. I use a brown black or dark brown mascara -I prefer Maybelline, but whatever brand works for you. All these brands except Revlon and Maybelline, can be bought at any Sephora store or on line at www.sephora.com.
I used to wear charcoals and navy eyeliner, but since I switched to browns I get a ton of compliments on how blue my eyes are.
I do wear purples and occasionally some redish colors with a bit of green. The key is to blend everything really well.I have blue eyes, fair skin and really light blonde hair. What makeup colors would look good on me? Brands 2?

YOU ARE BEATIFUL, YOU DON麓T NEED ANYTHING AT ALL, BABE.
Well uhm you can choose whatever colors you want. It usually depends on what you are wearing (if you want to be in style) but if you are like a preppy girl then light colors would totally fit you!
I have the same color tones as you and I love light browns combined with light purples or pinks or gold. Mary Kay has some nice blendable eyeshadows that aren't too bright. Also, Bare Minerals has some great shimmery eye shadows also in neutral shades...
Earth Tones, Earth Tones, Earth Tones. Promise you will look FAB!!!!
Colors that blend easily with your skin tone would be light browns and pinks. Light blues would look great too but be careful not to over use blue a little as eye shadow and maybe a little liner. Lip gloss goes a long way with fair tones. Flip through some magazines and find other women with your same colors and if you like how they look chances are it will look good on you too.
green eyeshadow from revlon
very light pinks for blush...eyes should be kind of greyish and the blue should be about 3 shades darker than ur eye color...just put a little bit of the grey on the entire lid then come in wear the top of the lid is like gah can't think of what it's called but like where ur eye closes the line that is there...put the blue there but be careful not to overdo it!!! sounds like u have a lot of natural beauty and u don't need to take it away by wearing too much make up...ohh and the brand doesn't really matter...good luck...hope i helped! :]]
Eyeshadow: Pink, violet, or taupe.
Blush: Try a rosy (NOT bright) pink blush.
Lips: I think that clear gloss would look beautiful with your complexion.
I think that L'Oreal has nice shades of the colors I listed above.
I hope I helped!
You fit the same description of me. The colors i usually use are eather really light purples and pinks or i use earth tones such as light browns and creams. I use Mary Kay but you don't have to use the expensive kinds you can buy good eye shadow any where from $3to $20.
Don't use earth tones. They are too bold and dark for you. Use light pastels to give you just a little bit of color.
