Best way to wear the new light and shimmery makeup?

I want to try the new makeup that is light and shimmery looking, like the really really palish white eyeliner. What goes together as far as eyeliner, mascara, lip gloss, and eyeshadow? I've heard that too many shouldn't be paired together in these colors.Best way to wear the new light and shimmery makeup?

you should totally wear the new stuff. you should wear mascara, lip gloss and eye liner. don't wear the eye shadow
Less is more, as they say in the fashion industry. Too many people wear too much make-up, not good. It is to enhance your appearance, not take away from it, so go easy.
I think that the BEST way 2 wear it is..........


*eyeliner (makes your eyes pop)


*black, lengthening mascara


*pale lip gloss


*if you wanna have that shimmery look, put some shimmer stuff on your cheeks (NEVER on your nose or forehead.....it makes your skin look all oily)


*NEVER, i repeat, NEVER put on too much of this at once; it will all get overpowering, your skin might look oily, and it just won't be good..............you'll know when you have too much on

This makeup combonation is definetly gorgeous together, i love it because it really fresh and light. I think the best way to do it is to curl your eyelashes then put black mascara on them so they stad out, then put the white liner i the inner corners of you eyes and smudge it a bit so it goes into your lower crease. Next put on the light shimmery make up on the outer parts of your eye (underneath the bone) to finish it use an eye pencil ure usuall colour around the outer corners of your eyes hope this helps;D
